Our Process
The order is the strategy
We audit first, then run three channels in a fixed order: fix what converts, buy proof of what sells, then compound it with law firm SEO.
Know the terrain before spending on it
Every engagement starts with a written audit. It answers three questions: where you rank today, who already owns the results you want, and which clients are worth the fight.
- Baseline rankings. Where your practice shows up today in the map pack, in organic results, and in AI answers, measured across your city.
- Incumbent analysis. Who holds the spots you want, what they did to get there, and how much of it is beatable.
- Client selection. Which services and client types are worth chasing, based on search volume, fee value, and how crowded the field is.
- The plan, in writing. A scoped sequence for steps two through four, with the order of work and what each phase is expected to produce.
What you get: a document that says where the clients are and what it takes to win them. If the numbers say your market is not worth the spend, the audit says that too.
Fix the storefront before buying traffic
Every channel we run later sends people to the same two places: your Google Business Profile and your website. If those leak, everything downstream pays for the leak. So we start where the calls actually happen.
- Google Business Profile, done properly. Categories, services, photos, and a review cadence your staff can actually keep. This is the profile that shows up when someone searches your name at 11pm with a problem that can’t wait.
- A website built to be called. Click-to-call above the fold, intake forms that don’t scare people off, service pages that answer what clients ask instead of what practitioners write.
- Tracking on everything. Call tracking, form tracking, Search Console, analytics. From week one, we can tell you which channel produced which phone call.
- Consistent name, address, phone across every directory that mentions you, so Google trusts the profile it’s about to rank.
What you get: a practice that converts the visitors it already has, plus measurement. From here on, nothing is a matter of opinion.
Sign clients now, and buy the data
SEO takes months to compound. Ads put your practice in front of people searching today, which does two jobs at once: it pays for itself in signed clients, and it tells us something no keyword tool can.
- Google Ads on high-intent searches. The queries people run the week they need you.
- Ruthless negative keywords. Professional-service searches are full of students, DIYers, and people looking for free advice. You don’t pay for them.
- Conversion tracking on the phone call. We optimize toward the calls that become consults.
- A keyword ledger ranked by signed clients. After a few weeks we know which searches produce clients and which just produce traffic. That ledger is the targeting brief for step four.
What you get: immediate client flow at a known cost per inquiry, plus proof of which keywords deserve months of SEO investment.

Turn what the ads proved into rankings you own
By month two, SEO has a target list. We take the keywords that produced signed clients and go win them permanently, across the three surfaces where clients actually look.
- The map pack. Grid-level local rankings across your whole city, tracked monthly on our own mapping tool.
- Organic results. Service-page content targeting proven keywords, links and mentions earned from real publications, and the technical work that lets it all rank.
- AI search. The work that gets your practice named when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Google AI Overviews to recommend someone who does what you do. Built by someone who designed recommendation systems for a living.
- Ads taper as SEO takes over. As rankings absorb the demand you were paying for, the budget shifts or shrinks. Your blended cost per client drops every quarter it compounds.
What you get: clicks, calls, map coverage, and AI mentions that keep climbing after the spend stops.
